Mike Reeves joined the company in 2021, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience. He previously held senior leadership roles in companies such as NOV, Schlumberger and Varel Energy Solutions, and most recently as CEO of Rubicon Oilfield International. With a proven track record of leading strategic initiatives that drive company value, Mike is well positioned to lead the new direction of this company. His years working and living in the UK, Continental Europe, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Oman, in addition to his recent time spent in North America, give Mike a perspective of global markets only possible with on-the-ground experience. He is currently co-Chair of the Energy Workforce and Technology Council and has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Imperial College, London.

Tom Holloway joined the company in 2021. In addition to his financial responsibilities as part of the senior management team, Tom also serves a leadership role in corporate development and information technology. Prior to that, he held several senior management positions, including Chief Financial Officer of Wellbore Integrity Solutions, Rubicon Oilfield International and Entrust Energy. He was also Chief Accounting Officer of Spark Energy. Tom is a certified public accountant and has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Houston.

Tim Hutzul joined the company in 2011. In his current role, Tim is committed to reducing the company’s risk profile to the benefit of all its stakeholders. Previously, Tim held senior legal positions at the company as well as at other companies, including several large Canadian firms. He recently was appointed to the board of Pollution Probe. His volunteer work for educational, political and community organizations includes his role as the Corporate Secretary and Advisor to Canada Basketball. He has both a bachelor of laws degree (LLB), and a bachelor of arts in political science and history from the University of Toronto.

Geoff Smith joined the company in 2011 and has held numerous senior positions, including Vice President, Human Resources. Geoff’s priority is enabling the company’s success by helping create a safe, inclusive environment for our workforce. Prior to joining the company, Geoff was with Xerox Corporation in a variety of human resources, marketing and finance roles. Geoff is an active member of the Energy Workforce & Technology Council (EWTC) Diversity and Inclusion Committee. He has an honours business administration degree from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario.

Shannon Glover joined the company in 2021, bringing more than 20 years of legal experience. Most recently, she served as the Legal Director and Corporate Secretary for Badger Infrastructure Solutions Ltd. Her focus there included corporate compliance, ESG disclosure, enterprise risk management and governance best practices. Prior to her work there, Shannon was Associate General Counsel with MEG Energy Corporation and held other legal roles primarily in the energy sector. She holds a bachelor of laws degree (LLB) from the University of Calgary and serves on the Board of Woods Homes.
